Terms of Service

Effective date: March 27, 2026  ·  Last updated: March 27, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Texdule ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at texdule.replit.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Texdule is a web application that converts schedule text (from PDF, DOCX, TXT files, or pasted text) into .ics calendar files compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and other calendar applications. The Service also includes an AI-powered assistant ("Tex") to help parse complex schedules.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must sign in using a Replit account to use the Service. By signing in, you represent that:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Texdule offers the following plans:

All prices are in USD and are subject to change with advance notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number or billing details on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Billing Portal (available in your account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your plan's features until that date.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused conversions, or unused AI credits. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at texdulesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. File Uploads and Content

You retain all ownership rights to documents and text you upload or paste. You grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not store, retain, or use your content beyond the immediate conversion request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit. Do not upload confidential or sensitive documents that you are not authorized to share.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Calendar conversion is an automated process and may not capture all events in complex or non-standard schedule formats. Always review your generated .ics file before importing it into your calendar.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texdule and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed events or scheduling errors resulting from inaccurate calendar parsing. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including its design, code, branding, and AI systems) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Material changes to pricing or refund policy will be communicated to subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court.
